It is held at River Forks Park during the third week-end in July each year.; The Museum has posters from the following days: Second Annual Festival [1988], Sixth Annual Festival [1992], Eighth Annual [1993]. Beginning in 1994, the Festival was held in Stewart Park rather than River Forks Park. |
