REMARKS:Collection of land grants for public lands issued to James Farmer, and one deed issued to Mrs. B.J. McLallen [McClallen?] for land purchased from the Oregon and California Railroad Company. Grants were recorded in the Douglas County Clerk's Office in 1882. All but one of the documents are stored in a flat box with their collection number on the label. That item, Donation Land Grant certificate number 545, is stored in the halon room in a box marked "Large-format Materials".
