REMARKS:Scrapbook describing activities in the professional and civic career of Dr. Earle B. Stewart, Roseburg area physician and philanthropist. This scrapbook includes Dr. Stewart's license awarded by the Oregon State Board of Medical Examiners in 1905, long-term recognition awards from the American Medical Association and Rush College of Medicine (later merged with the University of Chicago), certificates appointing Dr. Stewart to the Oregon State Fair Board (1951-57), and Dr. Stewart's receipt of the Rolly Truitt Baseball Award in 1969 at the Bill Hayward Sports Banquet. The Oregon Athlete of the Year at that banquet was Steve Prefontaine.
