REMARKS:This is a small collection [ca. 12 pieces] of notes, chiefly concerning flower arrangements. One arrangement, called "Forest Fire," used dark roses, violets, carnations, and forget-me-nots. Some of these instructions were written in a memorandum book for April 1916 issued by the Pacific Flush-Tank Co. of Chicago.; One bill made to W.L. Cobb and dated 1 May 1917 is for water and electricity in Bend, OR. It is issued by the Bend Water Light & Power Co.
